What is RevOps XL?

Who is behind RevOps XL?
It is led by Alexandra-Emily Kokova — a Go-to-Market Strategist and RevOps Architect with ten years building GTM and RevOps for B2B teams across the Nordics, DACH and North America — working directly alongside a small group of colleagues and partner experts.
What does a RevOps architect actually do?
A RevOps architect designs the system your revenue runs on: pipeline stages, lifecycle definitions, lead scoring, routing, reporting, and the data model underneath. Not just fixing a field, but making sure the whole thing holds as you scale.
Which regions do you work in?
B2B SaaS and IT-services teams across the Nordics, DACH and North America — usually companies past founder-led sales and scaling the motion. Registered in Sofia, working remotely, with on-site time when the engagement warrants it.
AI RevOps and AI builds
What is AI RevOps?
AI RevOps means building AI into the revenue engine itself — lead qualification that reasons, AI-to-CRM enrichment, data governance that flags what is going stale — rather than bolting a chatbot onto the side. Most consultants use AI. We build it in.
What does "AI-native" mean here?
AI-native means the AI is infrastructure, not a feature. It runs inside HubSpot or Salesforce as part of how revenue moves — reading, verifying, structuring, acting — not a tool you open in another tab.
Do you use AI on everything?
No. We use AI where it earns its place and leave it out where a plain rule is cheaper and safer. Half of what people call "AI automation" is a workflow that needs no model at all — and burning tokens on it is just a slower, pricier way to be wrong.
What is the difference between an AI build and an automation?
An automation follows rules you can write down: if this, then that. An AI build handles the judgment calls a rule cannot — reading an email, qualifying a messy applicant, deciding what a record actually means. We keep them separate on purpose, so you are not paying a model to do a spreadsheet's job.
Is your AI safe to put near customer data?
That is the point of governance. Every AI step is verified, logged, and reversible, with a human in the loop where the stakes are high. We would rather ship less AI you can trust than more you cannot.

What is Fractional RevOps?

What is Marketing Operations at RevOps XL?

Pricing and process
How much does it cost?
The GTM Strategy Audit is a fixed price — 40 hours of senior work, billed flat with no hourly surprises. Larger builds and fractional engagements are scoped in a Statement of Work. No hourly meter running in the background.
Why fixed price instead of hourly?
Because hourly rewards slowness. A fixed price means we are both aiming at the same thing — the outcome — not the clock.
What does an engagement look like, start to finish?
Most start with the audit: diagnose the leaks, agree the roadmap. From there we architect and build — into the CRM, with AI where it earns its place — and govern the data so it stays clean as you scale. Diagnose, architect, automate, govern.
How fast can you start?
The audit is a single calendar week of senior work. Bigger builds depend on scope, but you will have a clear plan before anyone changes a thing in your system.
What do I actually walk away with?
A 90-day roadmap you can run on Monday, a CRM your team trusts, forecasts built to hold within 10%, and documentation and dashboards you own — not a slide deck and an invoice.
Tools, data and ownership
Which CRM do you work with?
Tool-agnostic, with hands-on experience across HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. We are not a CRM implementation shop — the work is on the strategy layer — but when a migration or rebuild makes sense, you will hear it.
Are you a certified HubSpot or Salesforce partner?
No. RevOps XL is independent and not on anyone's partner program. That means the recommendation you get is the one that is right for you, not the one that pays a referral.
How do you handle our data?
Under the EU GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Where we process personal data we enter a Data Processing Agreement, and you can see exactly what we collect and why in the Privacy Policy.
Who owns the work you build?
You do. On full payment, every deliverable built for you is yours — documentation, dashboards, workflows, the lot. We keep our pre-existing frameworks and templates; everything specific to you belongs to you.

A free, 10-question readiness assessment. Answer in about five minutes and get a scored report plus a personalised 90-day roadmap you can act on immediately. It is the fastest way to see where the motion is leaking.
We are pre-revenue or very early. Are we a fit?
Probably not yet. This works best for teams past founder-led sales with a motion worth fixing. If you just want a strategy deck or a one-off AI experiment, we are not the right call — and we will say so.
Do you take on agency partnerships?
