What does RevOps actually cost you?

Put in a full-time salary and the hours you’d really need. See it against a senior fractional operator at an average of €75/hr - in your currency, with the gap in plain numbers.

Assumptions · adjust to your reality

The uplift turns a base salary into its real cost: employer taxes, benefits, recruitment, ramp and tools. 30% is conservative -in much of Europe it is higher.

Fractional saves about €39,000 a year - 50% less.

What a full-time salary hides

The number on the offer letter is the smallest part of the cost. Once you load in what an employer actually pays, a hire runs 1.25 to 1.4 times base salary before anyone has done a day of work.

+20–40%employer taxes, social contributions and benefits on top of gross salary, depending on the country.
15–25%of first-year salary is a typical agency recruitment fee to fill a senior role.
3–6 moto full productivity. You pay a full salary while a new hire ramps and learns your stack.
1.25–1.4×the widely-cited fully-loaded cost of an employee versus their base salary.

Why fractional changes the maths

Senior from day one

No 3–6 month ramp and no recruitment fee. You get a senior operator doing the work in week one, not learning the job on your payroll.

You pay for output, not attendance

A full-timer is on salary for every meeting, holiday and slow week. Fractional bills the hours that move the number - and scales up or down as you need.

None of the on-costs

No employer taxes, benefits, equipment or severance. The rate is the cost - which is why the loaded comparison is wider than the hourly one looks.

No key-person risk

The real fear is a system one person builds and takes with them. A build-to-hand-over model leaves your team owning what was built.
