What does RevOps actually cost you?
Put in a full-time salary and the hours you’d really need. See it against a senior fractional operator at an average of €75/hr - in your currency, with the gap in plain numbers.

Onsite travel and accommodation are built into the quote: a European visit sits at the lower end; long-haul, the US or the Gulf, higher, where flights alone can run €3,000-€4,000. Prices exclude VAT where it applies.
Assumptions · adjust to your reality
The uplift turns a base salary into its real cost: employer taxes, benefits, recruitment, ramp and tools. 30% is conservative - in much of Europe it is higher.
Fractional saves about €39,000 a year - 50% less.
Full-time / year
€78,000 what the hire truly costs, loadedFractional / year
€39,000 senior, part-time, no on-costsEstimates for guidance, not a quote. Employer taxes, benefits and market rates vary by country and seniority, and currency conversions from the €75 anchor are approximate. The fractional rate is an adjustable market average, not a fixed RevOps XL price - talk to us for a real number on your scope.
What a full-time salary hides
The number on the offer letter is the smallest part of the cost. Once you load in what an employer really pays, a hire runs 1.25 to 1.4 times base salary before anyone has done a day of work.
Why fractional changes the maths
Senior from day one
No 3–6 month ramp and no recruitment fee. You get a senior operator doing the work in week one, while a new hire would still be learning your stack on your payroll.
You pay for output, not attendance
A full-timer draws a salary through every holiday and slow week. Fractional bills only the hours that move the number, and scales up or down as you need.
None of the on-costs
No employer taxes, benefits, equipment or severance. The rate you agree is the whole cost, which is why the loaded comparison comes out wider than the hourly one looks.
No key-person risk
The worry is that one person builds the system, then leaves and takes it with them. A build-to-hand-over model leaves your team owning what was built.
Read the full comparison
Cost is only one axis. Seniority and continuity are the others, and no single option gives you all of them.
