Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

RevOps XL (UIC 180940854) is a revenue operations consultancy registered in Bulgaria with offices at Budapeshta 5, Sofia 1000, Bulgaria.

2. Data We Collect

We collect personal data through:

  • Contact form submissions: name, email address, company name, and message content
  • Analytics: anonymised usage data via Google Analytics (page views, session duration, referral source)
  • Cookies: as described in our Cookie Policy
  • LinkedIn data (optional): if you connect a LinkedIn account, analytics and statistics we access through LinkedIn’s APIs on your behalf - see section 4

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your inquiry or service request
  • Communicating about our services
  • Improving our website and user experience
  • Fulfilling legal obligations

4. LinkedIn Platform Data and API Use

Where you choose to connect a LinkedIn account, we access data through LinkedIn’s official APIs (including the LinkedIn Marketing Developer Platform and Community Management API) using LinkedIn’s authorisation (OAuth). We only access data for LinkedIn profiles, pages, or organisations that you own or are authorised to manage, and only after you grant permission.

  • What we access: analytics and statistics about your own content and audience - for example post and article performance, engagement metrics, and aggregated follower statistics - along with the basic profile or organisation information LinkedIn returns to identify the connected account. We do not collect the personal profiles, connections, or private messages of other LinkedIn members.
  • How we use it: only to provide the reporting and insights you have asked for - measuring how your own content performs and how your audience grows. We do not use LinkedIn data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties, other than service providers who host the service on our behalf under equivalent confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
  • Storage and retention: LinkedIn data is stored securely and kept only as long as needed to provide the reporting, or until you disconnect the account or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. We also delete it where LinkedIn requires us to.
  • Your control: you can disconnect RevOps XL from your LinkedIn account at any time in your LinkedIn settings (Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Other applications / Permitted services). Revoking access stops any further data access immediately. You can also email hello@revopsxl.com to have the LinkedIn data we hold deleted, and we will do so within a reasonable period.

Our use of LinkedIn’s APIs and data complies with the LinkedIn API Terms of Use, the LinkedIn Platform Guidelines, and applicable data-protection law. LinkedIn’s own handling of your data is additionally governed by the LinkedIn Privacy Policy.

5. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), OJ L 119, 4.5.2016. We rely on the following legal bases (Article 6 GDPR):

  • Consent: when you submit a contact form or accept cookies
  • Legitimate interest: to improve our services and respond to business inquiries

6. Data Storage

Contact form submissions are stored in HubSpot CRM, which complies with the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Data is processed securely and in accordance with GDPR requirements. See section 7 for the full list of providers we use.

7. Third-party services and sub-processors

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the website and process data on our behalf. Each handles only what it needs, under its own data-protection commitments:

  • HubSpot (CRM): stores contact-form submissions (name, email, company, message). Certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Houred (houred.io): our own analytics and lead-tracking tool; records page views and links an enquiry to its form submission so we can follow up.
  • Google (Analytics, Tag Manager and Fonts): anonymised website usage statistics, and web fonts served from Google’s network.
  • Hostinger: website hosting and server infrastructure, including standard server logs.
  • LinkedIn: where you connect an account, the platform we access your analytics from under your authorisation - see section 4.

We do not sell your personal data, and we share it only with the providers above and only to deliver the service, each acting on our instructions. Some providers are based outside the EU/EEA (for example in the United States); where they are, transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

8. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions for up to 3 years. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ default retention settings. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

9. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access (Art. 15) - request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification (Art. 16) - request correction of inaccurate data
  • Erasure (Art. 17) - request deletion of your personal data
  • Restriction (Art. 18) - request that we limit processing of your data
  • Portability (Art. 20) - request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Object (Art. 21) - object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • Withdraw consent (Art. 7(3)) - withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing
  • Automated decisions (Art. 22) - not be subject to solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects

10. Complaints

Without prejudice to any other remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR). Our lead authority is the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) - cpdp.bg.
