Who leads the workshops
10+ years building the systems that drive revenue for IT, SaaS, and managed service providers. Every workshop comes out of real implementation work.
The right mix
Four to twelve people per session. At that size no one can hide in the back, and there are still enough teams in the room for the friction between them to come out. Tap a role to see what they leave with.

Workshop series in practice
Over six weeks we ran the same system past three audiences. Every room brought a different friction and a different idea of what “works” meant, so we worked it out one room at a time.
Read the forecast and decide what the pipeline is telling them. Then agree on what gets fixed first, and what waiting costs.
How to use the system to qualify out earlier, log the right signals during scoping calls, and stop carrying dead deals for the AE.
Turn the post-sale signal into renewal & expansion motion. NPS, health scores, and the boundaries between CS, support and account management.
“The three rooms saw the same diagram on the wall. That was the first time the whole revenue org actually agreed on what was broken.”
- VP Revenue Operations, global software consultancy
Workshops are non-refundable. You’re booking a dedicated session for your company on a set date, and we hold that time to prepare and run it. If plans change we’ll reschedule to another date that works for your team - or you can cancel - but the fee isn’t returned.
Substitutions are free at any point. If someone has to drop out entirely, the seat carries over to the next cohort - no extra cost.
The facilitated discussion stays in the room - the point is for people to speak freely about what’s actually broken. Recap notes, decisions, and the individual plan are documented and shared within 24 hours.
HubSpot and Salesforce in depth. Pipedrive, Zoho, and Microsoft Dynamics at a working level. If your stack is something else, tell us in the form - you’ll get an honest read on whether the workshop will land.
Yes, on case-by-case. The facilitation works best when everyone’s in the same mode, but a small remote group joining an on-site session is workable.
Workshops are priced per engagement, by format and the size of the room rather than by the seat. A focused half-day is less than a two-day cross-functional session. Tell us the format and who needs to be there and you get a fixed number, not a range - send a note and we will scope it.
The GTM Strategy Audit is the next step up - a senior diagnosis of your full motion in 40 hours. The workshop is a half-day to two-day intervention; the audit is the deep read.
