Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Workshops are non-refundable. You’re booking a dedicated session for your company on a set date, and we hold that time to prepare and run it. If plans change we’ll reschedule to another date that works for your team — or you can cancel — but the fee isn’t returned.

What if a teammate can’t make it?

Substitutions are free at any point. If someone has to drop out entirely, the seat carries over to the next cohort — no extra cost.

Are sessions recorded?

The facilitated discussion stays in the room — the point is for people to speak freely about what’s actually broken. Recap notes, decisions, and the individual plan are documented and shared within 24 hours.

Which CRMs do you cover?

HubSpot and Salesforce in depth. Pipedrive, Zoho, and Microsoft Dynamics at a working level. If your stack is something else, tell us in the form — you’ll get an honest read on whether the workshop will land.

Can we run a hybrid session (some in-person, some remote)?

Yes, on case-by-case. The facilitation works best when everyone’s in the same mode, but a small remote group joining an on-site session is workable.

What if I want a deeper engagement than a workshop?
